Why Frenchiestore?

Frenchiestore is well known brand that is ethical, environmental friendly and committed to a movement in the pet industry towards social justice, health conscience and greater ecological integrity. Our products are always designed for the safety and health of your dog.Though our handmade  products are made specifically for the French Bulldog unique sizing and health needs, they fit many other dog breeds such as Pugs, Boston Terriers, Dachshund, English Bulldog and much more.

Where is your warehouse?

Our warehouses are located in Ohio, and Pennsylvania.

Is your warehouse open to the public?

Unfortunately, our warehouse is not open to the public.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free domestic shipping with a minimum purchase of $100.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship worldwide.

Orders & Returns

How long will it take for my order to ship once its placed?

If you placed your order prior to 2 pm (Central Standard Time) it wil lbe shipped same business day. If it was placed after 2 pm it will be shipped next business day. We do not fulfill orders during weekends or national holidays.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will be notified via email or text (depending on what you selected when you placed your order) with your tracking number.

How much does international shipping cost?

International shipping costs will depend on the weight of your items and your location.

Will I have to pay taxes or fees if I live outside the US. ?

For all orders shipping to Ohio state sales tax will be applied at the time of checkout.

For all international orders, you are subject to additional Import/Duty Fees and/or VAT or other local taxes that are not reflected in the order.

Any such additional fees or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and may be charged at the time of delivery.

I placed an order, but ordered the incorrect item, can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible, if your order has not shipped yet we might be able to make changes. Please note that due to items going out of stock risk the only way to guarantee that you will receive your desired item is to place a new order for the item you want and send back the incorrect item back.

I placed an order, but the item doesn't fit, can I return my item?

You can return your item within 30 days of receiving your item(s).  Please make sure your return is:

- Hair free

- Odor free

- Not damaged &

- Not stained

We reserve the right to decline a return that do not meet the above standards and upon arrival the item will be donated to a shelter or a dog rescue.

Exclusion - we do not accept returns for made to order items such as hoodies, shirts leggings blankets etc. The item was made especially for you. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, or size exchanges. We would only replace an item if there was a printing issue.  Picture proof must be sent to us via email.

What is your refund policy?

We issue a full refund of the item(s) you purchased in the same manner you paid minus shipping costs.

Can you provide a prepaid return shipping label?

We do not provide a prepaid return shipping label. A shipping label to return your item(s) will need to be purchased by you. (i.e. the customer)
