We offer free domestic shipping with a minimum purchase of $72.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship worldwide.
How long will it take for my order to ship once its placed?
If you placed your order prior to 2 pm (Central Standard Time) it will be shipped same business day. If it was placed after 2 pm it will be shipped next business day. We do not fulfill orders during weekends or national holidays.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will be notified via email or text (depending on what you selected when you placed your order) with your tracking number.
How much does international shipping cost?
International shipping costs will depend on the weight of your items and your location.
Will I have to pay taxes or fees if I live outside the US. ?
For all orders shipping to Illinois state sales tax will be applied at the time of checkout. For all international orders, you are subject to additional Import/Duty Fees and/or VAT or other local taxes that are not reflected in the order. Any such additional fees or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and may be charged at the time of delivery.
I placed an order, but ordered the incorrect item, can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible, if your order has not shipped yet we might be able to make changes. Please note that due to items going out of stock risk the only way to guarantee that you will receive your desired item is to place a new order for the item you want and send back the incorrect item back.
I placed an order, but the item doesn't fit, can I return my item?
You can return your item within 30 days of receiving your item(s). Please make sure the item is not damaged or stained prior to returning it.
Exclusion -for made to order human items such as hoodies, shirts leggings etc. we do not accept returns since it was made especially for you. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, or size exchanges. We would only replace an item if there was a printing issue. Picture proof must be sent to us via email.
What is your refund policy?
We issue a full refund of your purchased in the same manner you paid.
Where can I send my return?
Please contact us prior to sending anything back for pre approval. Send us the online order number along with your return/exchange request. We do not provide a return shipping label. A shipping label to return will be purchased by the customer.
