    You can return your item within 30 days of receiving your item(s).  Please make sure your return is:

    - Not damaged &

    - Not stained

    We reserve the right to decline a return that do not meet the above standards and upon arrival the item will be donated to a shelter or a dog rescue.

    Exclusion - we do not accept returns for made to order items such as blankets or custom printed orders made especially for you such as your dogs' matching decal. The item was made especially for you. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. We would only replace an item if there was a printing or quality issue.  Picture proof must be sent to us via email.
